Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order with us.

1. Dispatch & Delivery

  • The product will be dispatched within 7–8 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).

  • After dispatch, delivery may take 3–8 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines start from the date of dispatch.


2. Personalization Policy

  • If an order is placed without personalized text and remains unconfirmed for 48 working hours, the product will be shipped without customization.

  • The font will be the same as displayed in the product image.

  • Only heart emoji is allowed. No other emojis can be added.

  • Text will be personalized in holographic vinyl.

  • As the product is handmade, minor scratches may occur and should not be considered a defect.

  • This item is not eligible for return or exchange if personalized.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances after order confirmation.


4. Care Instructions

  • Wipe with a clean, wet cloth.

  • Do not scrub while cleaning.


5. Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the date of delivery, and only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect product delivered

The return window starts from the delivery date as confirmed by our logistics or courier partners.

Return Process:

  1. Send two images:

    • One image of the damaged/defective part

    • One image of the complete product

  2. Our Quality Assurance Team will review your request.

  3. You will receive a Return Request Status update within 2–3 days of submitting your email with images.

  4. If approved:

    • A reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days.

    • It may take 7–10 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.

    • Once received and verified, the product will be exchanged.

⚠️ We do not provide refunds. Only exchange is available.


6. Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in original packaging.

  • Include all tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping label (pasted on packet), and invoice.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.


7. Product Disclaimer

  • All product images on our website are for illustration purposes only.

  • The actual product may slightly vary due to:

    • Photography lighting

    • Screen resolution

    • Brightness settings on computers, laptops, or mobile phones

  • Color assistance provided via website or email is not guaranteed to exactly match the final product.
