At Tofah Kabool Karo, we ensure the highest level of quality and secure packaging to avoid transit damage. However, if you face any issue, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The return window begins from the delivery date as confirmed by our logistics or courier partners.

• There are no final sale items, however personalized products are only eligible if received damaged.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Damaged product

• Manufacturing defect

• Incorrect product delivered

• Missing product (must be reported within 48 hours)

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

2. Return Shipping Charges

• A ₹90 flat rate return shipping fee will be applicable.

• If the order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges of ₹90 will apply.

• No restocking fee will be charged.

3. Important Conditions

Products must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned with original packaging

• With all tags, barcodes, labels, invoice, accessories, and shipping label intact

Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Within 48 hours of receiving the product, send:

• Two clear images:

  • One of the damaged/defective part

  • One of the complete product

• A complete unboxing video from the start, clearly showing:

  • The shipping label

  • The order number properly stuck on the parcel

This is mandatory for return approval.

5. Return Approval Process

• Our Quality Assurance Team will review your request.

• You will receive a Return Request Status update within 2–3 working days.

• Once approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–5 business days.

  • It takes approximately 10–12 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays) for the product to reach our warehouse.

6. After Product Reaches Us

• The returned product will undergo a quality inspection.

• If approved, the return will be processed in the form of:

  • Replacement, OR

  • Store Credit (preferred method must be mentioned in your email)

We do not provide monetary refunds.

7. Missing Product Claims

If you receive a package with missing items:

• Email us within 48 hours of delivery

• Attach:

  • Clear images

  • Complete unboxing video from the beginning showing the shipping label and order number

Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
