All orders are processed within 7–8 working days.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Since most of our products are handmade and personalized, processing time may vary slightly during peak seasons.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery may take 3–8 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Delivery is handled by our trusted logistics and courier partners.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details (if applicable).
Delivery timelines are subject to courier service availability and external factors beyond our control.

4. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

High order volumes
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Logistics disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Tofah Kabool Karo will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Incorrect Address / Customer Unavailability

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a re-shipping fee of Rs. 90 will be applicable.

6. Delivery Confirmation

The delivery date will be considered final as per the confirmation received from our courier or logistics partner.

7. Damaged Parcel on Delivery

If the outer package appears tampered or damaged:

Please record a complete unboxing video from the start, clearly showing the shipping label and order number.
This video is mandatory for any claim related to damage or missing items.
